Made an appointment online for a Thursday. Called Tuesday to see if there were any appointments earlier because our puppy was ill. Was directed to another location that I was unable to schedule an apppointment. Called back on Thursday to confirm the original appointment made online and was told "that is not a real appointment until we call you back". Never received a call at ALL and extremley disappointed that the one I scheduled online was "not real". Seemed completely uninterested in helping despite having a sick pup. Thankful that I found out now how bad the customer service is. Called another vet and ironically they were able to fit me in that afternoon given the circumstance.

I am very displeased with this place .. I took my kitten in for an exam and she prescribed her lysine 500 mgs for her .. I called other vets to ask their opinion because this place ignored me and never returned my phone call ? Also the woman at front desk commented saying I think there was a typo error that sounds way to high for a kitten ? Like really people !?!? Thats just awesome so now I just spent over 155$ for someone to clean my cats ears out and tell me a wrong dose for meds and possibly kill my kitten .. I am calling corporate and getting my money back .. Do not recommend this place !!!!!! And will NOT be bringing my other kitten back to them .

The staff is friendly and great with the pups. But, they are extremely pushy with how much they can sell to you. Dont take a stool sample from my dog, tell me its clean, then try to sell me deworming injections. If I told you Im not interested in the teeth cleaning because I brush them at home, please dont offer it five times in the half hour I was there. I have seen many other vets that do not recommend my dog getting his teeth cleaned. Please stop pushing insurance on people too. Feels more like a scam than actual caring for the dog. I will be looking for a new vet.

The vet tried to tell my fiancé she shouldnt be putting a harness on our dog because SHE doesnt like them, and that if our dog was better trained she wouldnt have a problem using a collar. She continued to insult how my fiancé cares for the dog, they cant even pronounce our other dogs name correctly. All they care about is you being on their wellness plan and taking your money. They even cut out dogs nails without permission and continued to try and charge my fiancé for it! Take your business elsewhere!

I called before I took my dog here. I asked how much for all his shots and an exam. When I got there the vet seemed more like a saleswoman then a vet. I will never take another pet of mine to this place. The pricing was astronomical. Not to mention they want to get you on a Vet plan, more then anything. If I could give 0 stars, or negative. I would be more inclined to do so. This place sucks!!

I personally have not used the services however my daughter has the pet plan for both of her pets. She does nothing but rave about the services and is always encouraging me to purchase the plans for my pets. If there was a problem and she was not satisfied, I definitely would know.

Customer service is lousy. Our dog have plans we pay every month but when theirr is an emergency this is what the receptionist comment "We have no time for old dogs today, we are so booked, you need to take her to the emergency vet hospital". No compassion at all.

Have used them a few times the last couple months (Initial visit and follow-up shots). Each time, the wait wasnt bad. Prefer going here than a standalone vet office. Pricing is better. They really cared to see that my dog was happy.

Took my dog there to get neutered and they told me one price and charged me much more. The were not friendly and took a long time when I went for his appointment before his surgery. Would not recommend.
