They were so rude and mean, I couldnt believe what you have to put up with along with already being distressed because my pet was ill, They took my money before seeing my cat and purposely waited until 5:15 the next day when my check cleared to tell me they would not see my cat!!!!! I had to pay 30.00 for them to test a urine specimen I brought the specimen in and paid, but when they called me back after receiving test results they refused to fill me in on what was wrong. I had to take my cat somewhere else, I wasted days and my cat suffered and I paid money and they never told me what they found out in the test I paid for, Its unbelievable!The girl didnt like that she said I couldnt tell them how to run their business, asked do I want them to treat my cat or not? I agreed to bring her in the next day, when I got there they told me they left a message cancelling my appointment and would not treat my cat, nor tell me results of test? I now dont know what is wrong with my cat and have to get another specimen find another veterinarian and my poor cat has to wait days to get help!! What kind of animal hospital is this!!!How could they treat animals this way and people, they did not refund my $30.00 nor give me the results of the test..

I was a loyal patron for over 4 years but over the past year they have been nickel and diming me broke. Today I had an appt for my puppy for a rabies shot (she was there 1 month ago for her physical but too young for rabies shot) I was told $15. They charged me $50 apparently now there is a "recheck fee" every time I bring her in for a vaccine. I only brought $20 with me because I was told it was $15 for the visit and forced to sign a contract to pay the remaining balance. I was never charged "recheck fees" with my other pups. This place used to be great but lately is only out for money. They are also super pushy about their products! I will take my babies elsewhere from now on!

Had our dog neutered there was sick after.. two days later had to fight with the woman on the phone to get him seen.. She wanted to send me to the emergency clinic. Still sick with diarrhea and vomiting on his follow-up appointment 1 week later. They said the doctor had no time to look at him they would just look at his stitches.. if you are smart read all the 1 star reviews an see what they center on then form your own opinion... For real they genuinely do not care about your animal now MONEY they do care about. They should care about the animal just as much as the money then it would be good

I telephoned with the complaint of our dog jumping off the bed and yelping in pain favoring his right front paw. I requested a cancellation appt. for today or a squeeze-in. Though the caseload was heavy for a Saturday they honored my request. During the interim our dog began to yelp when his left foot was palpated. Dx: Lyme disease treated with four weeks of antibiotics and a few days of pain med. The female Dr. and staff could not have been more pleasant. We return in four weeks to follow up unless we incur a problem, then they will see us sooner. Ill give five stars after our return visit

I just took my new puppy anabell here, The vet was very rushed and was only in the room for a total of 5 minutes, I brought papers from the store I bought her from with her previous shots on it which I gave to the vet, The store insured me shed only need her rabies vac. The vet informed me she needed 3 shots. I called the pet store and they said she was already up to date with those shots, I then brought the paper to another vet and they told me she should of only got her rabies vac. I will never go here again.

Do not take your animal here. I took my boxer mix there on Thursday to have her checked because when left alone she does not relax. They checked her. Said her blood work and heart couldnt be better. Prescribed her Prozac (20mg). On Sunday, she passed away. Then they claimed she died of an undiagnosed heart condition. So either they didnt catch it on Thursday or now theyre covering up their mistake. You never see the same doctor. Its always someone different. The women on Thursday was rude and not compassionate.

I was told my perfectly healthy happy cat had kidney disease and they made it sound like she was going to die and said she needed all of these treatments. I took her for a second opinion and my cat is perfectly healthy. She might have been slightly dehydrated that day because she didnt drink as much but she certainly does not have kidney disease like city wide said. They were rough with her and didnt explain anything to me.

I used to love this vet. They took great care of my puppy and kitten. But I went today for an appointment I had called and scheduled and got an estimate of $69 so I went and they ended up charging me almost a $100 more. I ended up paying $167 and I will not go back. Worst experience ever! I called to figure out why I was charged and they were not helpful at all!

We lost a great deal of respect for this practice when, after 15 loyal years, we had to have our beloved dog put to sleep, and the staff were more concerned about the payment for this "service" (which we certainly were paying) and then rushing us out the door. Very unexpected treatment. Needless to say, our pets are no longer patients there.

They turned me away when my dog was hit by a car because I didnt have my wallet with me! They are suppose to love animals but I understand if there is a emergency then they should see the animal no matter what ! My dog was dying in my hands ! Thank God the next vetinary place took care of her and she survived !

Absolute worst. The staff was so mean to me and my very easy going husky. They all should have attitude adjustments or pick a new career. The miserable doctor didnt even acknowledge my dog, or bother to pet him. Please dont put yourself or your pet through this terrible experience.

They are amazing, they take their time with each patient, explain everything, and if you need to have any questions answered when you are at home all you have to do is call they are very helpful! Dr. Reynolds is amazing! I recommend her to all of my friends!

Vets, staff, and techs are friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. They have longer hours and Saturday hours to accommodate different schedules. Prescription pet food is priced the same as online retailers as well.

Dylan McPhillips is an idiot. They do have a machine that tells you where to go in case of an emergency. Citywide is great and they have great hours. Very helpful and understanding.

One year since my dog was sick enough to be put down in June of 2016. Dr. is so wonderful and knowledgeable. I still have my dog. Im forever grateful.
