Do not go to them. Im not sure if the equipment was dirty but I went for a simple cleaning of my teeth. Two days later my whole mouth became swollen and unable to eat or hardly talk. So I call them to see if they can give me any advise and the receptionist says that they dont have another appointment until 4 days from now. I asked if the dentist can give me any advice over the phone or maybe give me antibiotics. They said no but I have to get an appointment or go to an emergency room. All they care about is making money.

I have a dental phobia. I have had it for over 30 years. I have had dentists refuse to work on me unless I took a medication to calm me down. At Tooth Time Dental Studio I have been treated so well with the gentle touch of Dr. Shah and her entire staff that I no longer take any medication before a office visit. They are a group of wonderful caring people who listen and give individual attention to your specific needs.I highly recommend Dr Shah and her staff for all dental needs.

Only plan on going here if your time has no value. Visit #1 with kids: 1.5 hours wait in waiting room, then 45 minutes with them in exam rooms (cleaning and xrays). I was assured this was not normal and would never happen again. Visit #2 with kids (6 months later): after 35 minutes in waiting room, with no exam in sight, we just left. Better to stay with Dr. V in GC and pay out of pocket than have my life waste away in a waiting room just to get the kids covered under insurance.

I am DEATHLY afraid of the dentists office and hate having people in my mouth BUT all that has changed since I found Tooth Time. Dr. Shah and her staff are friendly, patient and extremely professional. By the time I start whining about my procedure, its practically over. My visits have been quick, efficient and as painless as possible. The office is clean, brightly lit and well-maintained. I highly recommend them!

The staff and the dentist were so nice and sweet! I went in with my three kids and a stroller. They were very understanding and super nice to my kids. They accommodated me very well. Their prices are reasonable and the dentist was super friendly. I felt very comfortable in this office.

I made an appointment at 3:50pm, but got there at 3:30pm. I was seen at around 4:40pm. I was told some people got there late so my appt had to be pushed back. Also, they wanted to charge me $55 per quadrant of deep cleaning (there are four quadrants). I really regret going here.
