Stay away from this doctor and her practice, Bethany Medical Clinic. They will double charge you on your credit card. Happened to me and now looking back at the reviews, I see it happened a lot to other people as well. I also have reason to believe they are practicing insurance fraud, making up unnecessary reasons to have you come back so they can bill more. I reached out to my insurance company and disputed the charges on my card, I was billed another time without even going back to this place.

Booked an appointment with the doctor regarding dermatology concerns. Ended up seeing a physician assistant instead. She spent all but 5 minutes with me. Incorrectly diagnosed rashes on my face. Prescribed me clyndamycin (which is for acne, not rashes), sent me on my way- never touching my face. Then billed me $200. Very disturbed and disgusted . Also had to pay for prescription out of pocket.

Overall a very bad customer experience, will never go to that clinic in the future. I just went once for the free annual check, but I kept receive bill again and again for different items. I just tried to contact them about the reasons and refund of some items not reasonable, but they never replied the email, or answer the call.

I highly recommend this practice!! Ive been coming here for the last few years for my annual physicals as well as womens health check-ups. All the doctors are caring, diligent, and professional. Additionally, they have a super friendly staff, convenient hours, and a cleanly office.
