Had I written this review three months ago, I would have given the facility or rather RightTime Medical the company 5 stars. My husband needed a pre-op physical in December for an urgent surgery, was unable to get into his primary MDs office in time and the Silver Spring office was terrifically helpful in getting the physical done and to the surgeon in time for the surgery. This is where the helpfulness ended. I was told at the time of his exam that we had to pay for the exam upfront even though they accept our insurance. I was ok with that until they then billed my insurance who paid them and said all we owed was a $45 co-pay. I have as yet been unable to get the company to refund the additional money we paid them - so they have been paid twice. Today we tried to make another appt for the same thing - sudden new unexpected surgery and needed the pre-op physical updated and to get a copy of the EKG he had done in December. Now suddenly they apparently have a new medical director and will no longer do pre-op physicals for anyone over 60 years of age - my husband turned 60 in October, before the December physical. So now we are scrambling to find someone who can do the pre-op so he can have his surgery on time in 3 days and also get a copy of the EKG - was told we could only get what was on the patient portal, which was only a note about the reading on the EKG, not the EKG itself. I am most distressed and will not be returning to this company for medical help. RightTime is obvious "wrongtime".

Staff at the door is very friendly. Everything goes down once you get to the Dr. She seemed to have an attitude, barely paying attention to my concerns. I tested positive for strep throat, I explained that I had been taking Ibuprofen for the fever to which she replied: " What Im prescribing also has penicillin". To this I understand is a combination of antibiotic and Ibuprofen, so I went to the pharmacy and picked up my prescription. Around 2 oclock I called them because my fever was at 102.5 and rising, the guy on the phone said the doctor would call me back. 2 hours later with a fever of 104.3 I had to call them back and the nurse told me that what the doctor prescribed was just an antibiotic and was going to do nothing for the fever. When I asked why the doctor hadnt mentioned anything, she didnt even acknowledge my question and just told me to get some over the counter fever reducer. Worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. Would never come back.

I have been to this Righttime several times. Because of their administrative and billing issues I only use them as a last resort. They consistently overrcharge for co-pays and the only way to get a refund is for the patient to contact the difficult-to-reach billing department. They do not reconcile overpayments and issue refund checks unless the patient pro-actively contacts billing. They overcharged me today and while I was there another person came in and was also overcharged and told she had to contact billing if she wanted a refund. Last time this happened to me it was a months-long process to resolve the overcharge and to also have them bill my insurance properly. Wait times can vary. Even though we made an appointment we waited for almost an hour before we were actually seen and spend almost two hours there total even though they did not appear to be particularly busy. If you have other options for urgent care you may want to try those first.

I came in at 9:50pm last night (6/4/17), thinking they were open till 11pm. They took me anyway, eventhough they were almost about to close. I came in with an injury to my nose/concussion. I only had to wait about 5-10 minutes, then the nurse and PA were very helpful. She was going to do 2 stitches but did Dermaglue instead to avoid the pain of stitches and probably will look a bit better. We were out of there within an hour. My only suggestion would be to be open later.

I made an appointment for an evening appointment. I arrived early, checked in and paid my co-pay. An hour later, I still had not seen a doctor. Fed-up, I walked to the front desk and demanded that they refund my co-pay. Without apology or explanation, they voided my charge. Given the ease of getting my co-pay refunded, I can only assume that this happens a lot. It was a complete waste of time and a terrible experience.

Came in first thing in the morning with my wife who had the flu. Staff was helpful and polite and she was seen very quickly, in and out in less than 20 minutes. We were the second patient of the day so your mileage may vary. This is the earliest opening urgent care in the area (8 a.m. vs 9 a.m.) and was clean and modern. Wouldnt hesitate to come here again if we couldnt see our primary care doctor.

Everyone is super friendly. I had a back injury at work on 9/9/16 and decided to give them a visit. Knowing they had such great staff from previous visits with my 3 year old I expected the same and that is the service I received. Very clean, very friendly, and most importantly time acceptable. I do not remember my Drs name but she was great. Thank you Righttime.

I had to give a star to write my review if I had the option to go with no star I would have! Worse experience in my entire life at a doctors office! 2 hours plus waiting for my daughter to get a sport physical. One doctor in building and the staff was just plain lazy!!! No curtesy or care for patients waiting!!!

Friendly and caring front desk person, but overwhelmed and understaffed. We waited 20 min to even check in, and finally left after the person called up the person who had already been waiting 30 min to check in. Went to UrgentCare in Kensington and we were seen in 10 min.
