If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is a joke. They have been losing patients records left and right. My boyfriend went in to the ER for Dehydration due to a stomach bug and later when we told another doctor through a clinic by the same hospital about the visit it wasnt in the records. His gastrointestinal doctor had to forcibly pull it later on. My grandmother the same. She has a multitude of issues between lactose intolerance, celiac disease, arthritis, and fibro. After going there for a few YEARS they even told her they have lost most of her records straight out! So it was like she was a new patient once again. So sick of this place.

New to the area I have not read good reviews for ALice Hyde Medical Center, their Walk-In or Primary Care offices. So when my son needed to be seen for a hand injury I was not sure what I would find when I went to the walk-in. What I found was personable-efficient front office staff and an efficient process in seeing and treating my sons injury. The X-Ray technician went beyond and when my son asked about CT scanning , she showed him a scanner and explained how they worked. We were treated like friends and neighbors by professional and personable staff.

One star is too many. The nurses are wonderful but as far as doctors do yourself a favor and go see a good veterinarian. At least they examine and care about their patients. I went in for a back injury which to me was scary since having back surgery about a year and a half ago. I was treated as if I was lying about surgery and then he had a nurse come in and type everything we spoke about. My diagnosis (without being examined) was good luck have a nice day. I will die before i go there for anything ever again. Absolutely disgusted.

My wife went to the ER here. Be very careful of billing. They hit us with a $550 extra bill that at first said it was an ambulance ride that she never took. Now they are saying that the ER doctors are contracted and bill separately.

Ive always said this place was good. My sister was nervous about staying alone n they said nobody could stay with her. Thats horrible.I didnt want any stars.

This place is a joke just like the malone hospital is. If i ever need to go to the er i would go to a better one thin malone joke hospital or walk in care.
