I attended Uptown Dental about a year and a half ago after jumping from dentist to dentist because I could not find a place that could provide what every patient looks for a friendly staff, bedside manner, and decent wait time. I was lucky enough to find this dental office. I had two huge infections due to root canals and Dr. AhAhmed S. Beheiry explained exactly what needed to be done. Prior to visiting Dr. Beheiry I had a root canal which was infected and a tooth which needed a root canal. Dr. Beheiry explained to me in details and patience what needed to be done and his staff explained what is and not covered by my insurance. Dr. Beheiry performed one root canal which I have NOT have any issues with and the root canal I have done prior he removed the tooth, rather him making me pay out of pocket and redo the old root canal he explained that the tooth was severely infected and if he performed another root canal on it the infection may still come back. I was afraid of getting the tooth removed because of PAST experience. I have never had such a good experience removing a tooth he removed the tooth in a few seconds, clean, smooth, no pain and no swelling I was AMAZED. For as long as I can remember Ive never been confident of my smile and was always interested in getting invisalign but did not think I could afford it or if a was candidate. Dr. Beheiry with out any pressure what so ever provided me with information on how it works, how I was most definitely a candidate, the process, the cost and payment plans they have. Dr. Beheiry provided me with HOPE that I can have the smile I have always wished for so I took the chance and started my Invisalign process with him. Any questions I had were answered, his staff always followed up and confirmed future appointments for recurrent trays. After a year later I am now done with my invisalign and I cannot stop smiling . I highly recommend Uptown Dental they have an amazing staff and I specially recommend Dr. Beheiry.

I recently moved to New York and was looking for a new dentist when I was referred to uptown dental group by a friend who had great things to say about the office and Dr. Beheiry. I was skeptical at first because I have always been afraid of the dentist but I went in for my check up and cleaning. I had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Beheiry. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they got me right in and I did not have to wait at all. Dr. Beheiry was pleasant, he explained everything to me throughly and made the appointment the best dentist visit I have had. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist.

I regretfully had a horrible experience here, the dentist gets a sexy lady to try to seduce you and distract you from your bill. I had insurance and they quoted me 13K to fix my teeth. I went to another dentist in Brooklyn and what i was told to be root canals by Dr Behiry ended up to just be fillings and the total to everything was $1500. If you ho here get a second opinion or you will get robbed.
