The people here are wonderful - they will remember you immediately and always seem happy to hear from you. The doctor is helpful and will take his time with you answering questions and making sure that you are comfortable with everything, which means that this is not the place to go if you want a quick in-and-out experience. Most times that I went, I spent an hour or more there. I also had frequent issues getting contacts and glasses on time and correctly. They are super friendly and accommodating when there is an issue, but I ordered contacts twice and glasses once and there were issues all three times. The contact prescription was incorrect, the lenses in the glasses were not centered properly and needed to be sent back out, and the second set of contacts came about a week later than estimated, meaning that since I had recently moved, I had to pay an extra $20 to have a friend forward them to my new address. I would absolutely recommend Eyevolution, but only if you are the type of person that will schedule your eye appointments a month or more before you actually need your replacement lenses.

Dr. Watson is a rare medical practitioner who spends a lot of time with his patients. I drive out of NYC, where there are plenty of opticians, to Nyack since I know that his care and attention can not be surpassed. His selection of glasses is eclectic, from the budget wise to more expensive frames. But the companies he represents are smaller manufacturers with tremendous quality. He is also tremendously gifted when examining my children, and keeps their attention throughout the exam.

My wife and I (and my wifes grandma) have been customers for several years now. When you go to this establishment you immediately feel a sense of family warmth. The staff is wonderful and attentive. Its a kid-friendly store. Its well-kept and immaculate. The products range in characteristics but are all of utmost quality. I couldnt recommend a "mom-and-pop" store any more than I could this one.
