After going to this vet for years with my six pets, I decided to bring my seventh to them for grooming. My pure breed cat was returned to me with another cats urine filled towel in her crate, dandruff covering her body, and looking like a 5 year old attacked her with scissors. She also received a dental cleaning while she was there. I was charged for a tooth extraction to later find out the tooth fell out on its own. After paying Pawling Animal Clinic $400 and voicing my dissatisfaction, I was simply told that they were sorry I was unhappy and no attempt was made to ensure customer satisfaction. I have since removed all of my seven animals from this veterinary clinic. I have now found a wonderful place that treats all its clients with respect.

First started coming here after moving to the area and discovering my two dogs were infested with fleas!! Not only did they almost die from inappropriate flea treatment by another vet (Vectra) but they were traumatized by months of flea baths and combing! Pawling Animal Clinic was amazing and not only prescribed very effective flea and heartworm treatment (Revolution) but gave my dogs the TLC (and antibiotics) they needed to recover from two agonizing months of itching and scratching! They also boarded my dogs for the day while my apartment was flea bombed by an exterminator which was a huge help for everyone :)) We are now flea free (knock wood!!!) and continue to come back for flea meds and doggie hugs!! 5 wags for Pawling Animal Clinic!

Im writing this review because I see bad reviews and I think I need to balance that out. I LOVE Pawling Animal Clinic. They have gone to crazy lengths to care for my pets. I spent the winter with a dog who needed his cast changed DAILY and they never once said they couldnt do it, had issues with timing, etc. they made it happen, whatever needed to happen. When he compounded all of that by getting sick, they were thorough in their diagnostics and they knew when to send me to his emergency care. They made it affordable and POSSIBLE. When your dogs pull you on the leash to get to the door faster that tells you how they are being handled and treated. My dogs love this place. I love this place.

We were troubled about the cost of serving the needs of our senior dog. Dr. Walling personally spoke about how the dog insurance could help, as well as how important the health and safety of our dog is to her. We signed up for PawPlans and our dog received the care she needed. Dr. Walling did an excellent job as well as her staff. I truly believe our Maltese, Star, was given so much care and attention the day of her surgery that she was almost spoiled! Without a doubt the best Animal Clinic Ive ever been in..I have been coming here for over 40 years and would never think of going anywhere else..The Drs and Staff are the best youll find anywhere..They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, careful, thorough, loving ,considerate and kind and they love their fur babies and everything else..I always get the help I need for my animals above and beyond the call of duty..I trust them explicitely with my babies..Also the plus is it feels like family..Louise Leske

I do not give praise easily. But it is easy to give Pawling Animal Clinic praise! Bringing my little pet, Dante, to PAC was quite an experience for both of us. Dante received the benefits of a facility which was clean, calm, and filled with concerned and knowledgeable staff. It was like visiting a next door neighbors home---not an animal clinic like those I have come to avoid over the years of being a pet owner. Did I mention the experience was also appreciated by my checkbook?

I have been going to PAC for quite a while and have found nothing but friendliness and compassion. Thankfully, I have never needed them for a major medical problem but have confidence in them should the need arise. From a voice on the phone to check in when we arrive, an annual examination to puppy vaccinations to crying with us when we needed to euthanize our last dog, they have been so friendly, professional, human and wonderful.

I have always put great faith in a vet when they care for my pets and I was saddened to learn that Dr Schutz had retired recently. My last visit to PAC ended on an unhappy note. The managing vet managed to miss the correct diagnosis entirely. I saw my pet suffer needlessly. I wasted precious days of care and over $220.00. I too have decided to find a better vet with more compassion and dedication to her job.

Had my first visit here a couple of weeks ago and loved it. I really felt that they cared about my dogs as much as I do & I like that they have acupuncture and chiropractic medicine as an option.

Just took our adopted boy Scooter to see Dr. Schulz and she was great. He didnt growl once! Answered all my questions and was super gentle and sweet to Scooter. Very happy!
