BEWARE of this establishment.. It was all smiles and courtesy until you walk out and they catch you with surprise payments, i gave them extra chances and they screwed me TWICE and a half which was my last straw and forced me to warn the public about this place. One of my first experiences the doctor told me a filling would be $20 and as I walked out they billed me $450!! They said it was my fault for not checking the dental plan they planned out for me initially, as if I walk around with it and memorize it. basically what they do is give you a dental plan and then on your future visits they assume your consent do the work and bill you on the way out!! They just got me again.... I signed dup for a root canal, they first charged me $170 and said insurance covers the rest, next visit they said they made a mistake on the insurance coverage and charged me an additional $170, on the third visit they charged me an additional $180!! they said it was for a post, which i never consented to, i wanted a standard filling as i was not doing the crown. The doctor is so arrogant that he assumes your doing all the expensive work in advance. They do not tell you the charges until its too late. Worst and most unethical business practice i have experienced in my lifetime...

Cant rave enough about this practice! The personal care and concern they display is incredible. I have been a patient for a few years now and my teeth are in the best shape they have ever been in my life. I continuously get compliments and I feel great. Even when I am getting treatment from specialists (oral surgeons etc) Dr Kellerman stays close to my case to ensure I am progressing and feeling good about the complete treatment plan. ALL of the staff is friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Their new office is bright and cheerful as well. They always are flexible with scheduling and if there is a problem they get you right in.

When my Dental insurance changed a few months ago I was a little aprehensive about switching to a new office that participated in the new plan especially since I knew that I had a lot of work to be done. Dr. Volk and his staff made me feel comfortable and at ease immediately. The office is beautiful, up to date and immaculate. The doctors and staff are professional, honest, caring and friendly. I recently had a tooth that broke and was causing some pain. They got me right in and out of pain immediately.They even called the next day to see how I was feeling. I Could not be happier with the care I have recieved at 3V.

We live in Port Washington and have been visiting 3V Dental for about 8 years now. My two children have gotten their care and they are very good about their checkups/cleaning which says to me that the office has handled their care very well. Both kids have been referred for orthodontics and we are happy with their recommendations. Dental care is an investment so we feel that Dr. Volk and Dr. Kellerman are the right dentists to manage our teeth! It doesnt matter to the family which dentist we are treated by as we have high regard for both.

3V dental was a wonderful, easy, efficient and painless experience. I went in there on a reference from a friend and everything from making an appointment to setting up my return appointment in 6 months was painless. The office space is beautiful and clean and doesnt look or smell like a Drs office but more like a spa. Both Dr. Volk and my hygienist were very knowledgable and friendly. The front desk was super friendly ... im really excited that I found a place to call mine for many years to come :-)

Ive been going to 3V for a few years now (switched from a really good NYC dentist and never looked back). Theyre super knowledgeable, their hygienists are extremely nice and gentle. Their doctors are top notch and never push you to do more than whats actually necessary! And I have to say the follow up is great, Id never go to the dentist on time if it wasnt for their reminders that Im due for my next check up! I highly recommend 3V!!!! All around excellent service!

This week I went to Dr. Kellermans consultation at 3V Dental Associates with the usual prevention when going to the dentist. Being there, the friendly atmosphere of the place and the warm attention of the staff at the front, allowed me to relax to be attended by the doctor who was very kindly, reliable and absolutely professional. I recommend her highly.

I found the office SPOTLESS and everyone working there were professional and tried in everyway to make sure I was being well taking care of. All services recommended were explained including costs. NO ONE was pushy like I had experienced in other Port Washington dental practices. Left felling good about what was done and what was going to be done.

Just used them for the first time. I think I found my new dental homeland. It started with the friendliest and warmest greeting to a petrified dental patient. A clean modern atmosphere, the best hygeinist gave me the best cleaning of my life and thourly explained everything to me down to the xrays. Dr.Kellerman-volk is simply amazing.

they are complete fraud i went for a fee consults they offered me deep cleaning saying it was part of consult i aggreed and billed me after i was like wait wasnt it supposed to be free the then proceeded to insult my wife and treat her rudely wish i never went there me and my wife are hard working ppl and didnt appreciate being gipped

The doctors are knowledgeable and make sure you understand everything before you leave. They have very convenient appointment times and always try to work with me to fit me in as soon as possible! The hygienist is so gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time during my cleaning!

We have received excellent care from both the dentists at 3V Dental. My wife is complimented often on her smile and she tells them its thanks to the beautiful crowns Dr. Irina Kellerman-Volk put in. The staff are very friendly and helpful when dealing with insurance issues.

exceptionally friendly atmosphere utilizing the latest equipment Dr.Kellerman and Dr.Volk are both very professional Penelope , the hygienist is very gentle and compassionate it is a pleasure to go to the dentist I bring my entire family here I highly recommend them !!!

My father recently got to get a bridge done recently, the doctors explained to us what we had to get done, extremely helpful and very understand I highly recommend them to anyone. the staff is amazing they are always so happy and welcoming.
