My cat had a problem in one of her ears for years. Every other vet told me it was just extra wax and not to worry about it, but it seemed to really bother the cat (scratching, shaking her head if you touched her on that side, etc.). This vet ran tests and diagnosed an infection, which we treated successfully. My cat is much more comfortable. Was this a grave problem? No, but no other vet even bothered to take a culture and investigate. I had to pay for tests but I appreciated the diligence. And my cat is much happier.

They only treat cats, so it is a safe place for our furry friends. Everyone who works there owns cats, so they treat your kitty like it was their own. When I had to be away and boarded my cat, he loved it there because he was so well treated; it was like a second home, his vacation home. Milo would give them the top rating as well.

Gross Negligence.Through their gross negligence my healthy six year old cat is dead. After a routine proceedure my cat was left all alone for hours in a cage unattended to die. I do not recommend this hospital to anyone.
