I was so amazed by this place! Granted I had to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance, but I can understand why! Within a few minutes I was seen by a nurse & led to an exam room (not even enough time to complete all the paperwork, haha). After a few opening questions with her I was given a gown and changed. When Dr Beltrani came in shortly after he was warm and friendly. He spoke with me about my concerns on some of my moles, he checked me over head to heal and told me things looked fine, as well as kindly explaining what I should be looking for in the future. He assessed my risk factor based on sun time and skin tone, etc. Then, I was just amazed when I asked him about removing some of my gnarlier moles for cosmetic purposes, fully expecting that I would need to schedule another appointment. He actually grabbed a nurse and sliced off 4 little moles for me right then and there!! Just a little shot of numbing agent and a scalpel. It was incredible!! I was so impressed. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ive been a patient with two of the doctors at the Caremount facility for over four years and I cant say enough good things about the quality of care and the personal staff at this facility. Ive been with Dr Beltrani for that whole time and previously as a child was under the care of his father, and both are terrific docs and really nice people. Im also a patient of Dr Basciano since moving back to the Hudson Valley four years ago. I now have my whole family both parents and wife and child at Caremount and I am consistently happy with their service.

The office staff is terrible. Expect to sit on hold for a long time. After 3 weeks of not being able to connect with anyone I finally had to drive to the office to get the results of a simple blood test. Thank goodness it wasnt something I needed to know right away.

The office staff is anti-professional and definitely no exposure to customer service or customer relations, definitely should be replaced they are too into themselves probably FacebookIng all day who does the hiring

Ditto on the reception desk, they are awkward and rude. Dr.Beltrani is excellent and worth the trouble however.
