This place gets one star for the ONE person there who actually made an effort to help me and do their job pleasantly and professionally. Otherwise, every other employee there (ESPECIALLY the front desk people) were so disgruntled and rude. They dont look at you when you are speaking to them, their body language and barely minimal, grumbly responses are non existent on a customer service scale. I was told when I made my appointment that my entire procedure from wait time to finish would be 2 hours. I sat in the waiting room for 2 hours and it wasnt until I got up and asked them how much longer since I needed to get back to work that the secretary mumbled something under her breath to her colleague, refused to look at me, called the back room and said that the 10:30 appt is requesting to be seen. I told her I was the 9am appt. She ignored me. I told her I would wait right in front of their desk until I was called. Within minutes someone took me in to prepare me. The gentleman who prepared my injection site was the only one who said hello, asked how my day was going. When I told him how terrible my experience had been up until that point, he apologized. Ironic that the only person who was kind and understanding was the one to apologize to me. Otherwise, my general impression was that everyone there was treated with the same indifference and disrespect. Its unbelievable that this is a place where people go for important procedures such as CT scans and MRIs and are treated so poorly. These procedures are likely going to determine how serious of an illness they have and how that illness will dictate their lives. Is it really so hard for them to smile, say hello? They really need a fresh dose of perspective. If this companys profits relied on customer service satisfaction, theyd go out of business.

horrible experience. going there, setting up appointment was piece of cake, x-rays were ordered and done. two weeks later no word on the x-rays results. tried calling, left message, sent email, no response on either. I go on line, review my chart on line and see medication was prescribed for my pain, I was never made aware of the prescription nor did I receive any medication. wont be going back there anytime soon.

I wouldnt refer this place to a patient dying out front on Queens Boulevard. They are the worst. Attitudes no concern, long wait times, unprofessional arrogant stupid people. The entire office. I pray they loose the position to practice health care on anyone.

Dr Boris Kobrinsky is the best oncologist I know. He helped my dad a lot with his multiple myeloma and his team was great especially Nurse Kathy. 5 STARS all the way.

Really bad experience - waited for a doctor 1.5 hour and left without seeing one. What kind of doctor does that to patients?
