I have 5 kids and all of them are patients her .. my oldest is 15 years old and has been a patient of Dr. Pichardo since she was 2 years old. .... I love Dr. Pichardo and the staff he had before .. If I couldnt get an appointment with him I didnt mind seeing Dr. Martinez or Dr. Fernandez who were part of the practice back them. Now this has turn into an awful practice ... is clean and very big but there is no professionalism here... the receptionist are rude and impolite .. they have no respect or compassion for the sick children or the parents. The scheduling system is very very inconvenient for working people and for any one for that matter ... in order to get an appointment you have to call the same day at 6am ( but please be sure to pray before or while u call) most of the time you are gonna get a busy signal or no one is gonna pick up the phone ... so if you are a working parent who just ask for the day off so you can take yyour kid to the Dr. you might find yourself with no appointment and no pay .. with the predicament as to where to take your sick child or if you dare to go to one of the ERs in the city because is very likely you are not gonna be able to get an appointment and if you do you best be sure is not gonna be with Dr. Pichardo who is the only Dr. worth seeing in this practice. when ever god grants you a miracle and you are actually able to schedule an appointment they tell you that you have to show up a half an hour earlier or they ll cancel your appointment ... A HALF HOUR BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT!!!!!!! like if you had nothing else to do .. not every body is on welfare .. there are some of us who do work. .... I definitely do not recommend this office at all!!!!!!!

I had a very a very bad experience in this clinic because of the following: 1. Unprofessional service with personnel. 2. Preferential treatment by the Dr. with people whom he knows. 3. Bad diagnosis. And 4. Very slow service. The system to make appointments begins at 7am via telephone. Upon arrival despite having made an appointment the Dr. Or personnel selects people he knows to attend and do not wait. It was not until we made complaints to the director of personnel (who made it clear she was married to Dr. Pichardo) that we were attended. If you do decide to make this your pediatrician, I strongly suggest to constantly make complaints with the director of personnel. Otherwise be prepared to wait a very long time to have your sick child attended.

I love all the doctors here. Dr winter. Dr tubin are my go to doctors. My only problem is the wait to call. I have a love hate relationship with there appointment system. I get home everyday at 2am from work, so the fact that I have to be up by 6am to MAYBE get an appointment is really annoying. I fell "asleep" at 4am to wake up at 6am to make an appointment. An hour and 20 minutes and 172 unanswered phone calls later, I have yet to reach anyone and Im losing valuable sleep time considering Im just coming home from work. I wish they would accept appointments at least one or two days in advanced. If Im going to wake up early than I would love for it not to go to waste

La atencion es muy buena, el lugar es aseado, pero a veces es imposible conseguir cita con un doctor, en especial porque hay que llamar desde las 6am para conseguir cita y muchas veces cuando uno se logra comunicar ya la agebda esta llena y toca esperar al otro dia para intebtar nuevamente a las 6 am....

I have known Dr. Pichardo for more than 20 years. Hes not only an exceptional doctor, but an amazing human being. Hes knowledgeable, he cares about his patients, I cant say enough of this man. Hes an outstanding doctor! As far as his staff, they are an amazing crew! The supervisor Ms. Ramirez very professional and courteous. Also theres a young lady by the name of Kelly, shes an amazing young lady. Always, willing to help and go out of her way. Always has a beautiful smile. This practice has it all together!!! I use to work for Dr. pichardo center.I was fired because i didnt wanted to clean there personal cars and do there dry cleaning pick up.I believed that it was unfair to do other things in the clinic when i was just there only maintenance person.so i expressed my feeling toward the Dr.pichardo wife or partner and a couple days later ,she fired me.Stating that if she told me to clean her car then i will clean her car no matter what, because she pays me and she dont care...so please im not going to be a personal asst. When you hire me for only maintenance work.

Ive been going to Dr. pichardo for years he still remembers me and asks about me and im almost 27 now. He will make it his business to give his personal number and if you have any emergency he will see you even if it 2am. His 1st priority is truly his patients and he sees to it that they are well taken care of. Hes a wonderful doctor with children hes very nice caring and friendly. He makes you feel like family. He has seen me all of my siblings and cousins since we were children and I wouldent have it any other way.

I was a patient at dr pichardos office throughout my teen years. My primary doctor of choice is Dr Singh. She is the best doctor you could ever have for your child. My son had Kawasaki at 11 months, no other Dr could find what was wrong with him but she did. Shes always been there for my family. She is our family Dr. my entire family brings their children to her.

Its clean, its nice, its big everything seems very good. And the visits with doctors werent unpleasant. The thing is that the wait is crazy. They make you come 30 min before the actual appointment time and then make you wait for another hour or so to see the doctor. So altogether you waste around 1.5-2 hours to see the doctor for 5 minutes. Its not worth it.

Aways a pleasant visit. My boys are 10 and 8 and have been going to doctor pichardos office since they were born. All the doctors are extremely efficient and caring. Never have I had a rushed visit which is the norm at doctors offices nowadays. I recommend them to every mommy ! blessed to have my babies health care in these doctors hands.

I love Dr.Pichardo, there are other doctors available as well but I only see dr Pichardo himself or Dr.Tubens. The only con is that you need to call very early in the morning starting at 6am to get an appointment for that day but its worth it. There isnt a long wait and your child will get the best treatment

I Love the service here Dr. Pichardo is a great doctor. Im one of his first patients hes been my doctor since I was a baby. My very first and ever since no complain at all. For those looking for a great doctor for your kids , Dr. Pichardo is who to go to. :)
