I called on 4/24/17 at and I spoke to someone named Claudia. I asked if the company took my insurance. I explained that I was off today and wanted to buy 2 sets of glasses. I also need an appointment and was wondering if there was any available times that day for the Dr to see me. She told me that "of course we can get you in", "dont worry". Our system is down to check if you have coverage through us but let me make a phone call for you and I will call you right back. I gave her my number,obviously and never received a phone call. How unprofessional was that!!! I will never use this company and will make sure I tell anyone I know who needs glasses not to use them. Its terrible that the people who are hired to run someones corporate business dont have any business working there. I made a phone call 5 hours later since I never heard back from Davis Vision.I made an appointment with Nassau Vision.They were courteous and answered any questions I had in regards to my needs. This is an amazing store. Employees are very professional . Eventhough, I had to feed the meter twice and wait a little bit, I was treated with respect and LOVE my new glasses. I would recommend this store for all your vision needs.
