I had an appointment around 9am two months ago & Within an hour the nurse only weighed me. I was extremly frustrated so I told them I would call to reschedule. I was also irritated by one of their staff members. An older African-American woman with short curly hair that works as the clinics receptionist. She was extremly rude & didnt care to help me. When I called to reschedule the only available appointment was until February (2 month wait) so I took the appointment . I just received a call today stating that they are canceling my appointment that was schedule for Feb 9 & they didnt have anything available until next month. The lady on the phone didnt give me a reason for the cancellation. I was really upset since I waited two months. I Would give them 0 stars if I could!
