The worst in the world, the manager was very nasty and cold and treated us like we werent customers. I went there because I had a good experience with pearl vision in rego park over two years ago. After I called the rego park number and heard that they relocated to Roslyn I drove all the way from Queens to capture that same friendly experience but I got an outcast experience one that I will live to surely not forget. I was telling my wife that I couldnt believe that the manager would treat us like we werent welcome as if we were trespassing. After I stood almost right next to her and boasted to one of the old salesperson from the rego park store about the customer service that I had in rego park and the reason why I came to this store, but I guess whats in a persons heart cannot be camaflauge but for so long. I think to say the most that they are racist, we didnt fit the description of their average customers so we werent treated with the same respect, care and concern. Customer service is what drives business and it is not your nasty cold and unfriendly attitude in fact your nasty cold and unfriendly attitude will drive good customers away and caused others to stay far away from your business as well.

Avoid. Amateurs. These are not eye professionals. Rating should be "zero stars." This Pearle Vision had to remake eyeglasses for both my husband and I. (They first tried to bend the frames ... as if this might be a fix for shoddy work). After the second pair wasnt the correct prescription, again, the manager insisted that our blurred vision was in our heads. Wayne, the manager, is a condescending dimwit who insisted I retake the eye exam versus admit the store cut the lenses incorrectly. (My prescription has been consistent for 10 plus years). Icing on the cake, they didnt void the Eyemed claims so we had to wait 2-3 weeks to use our benefits for glasses from another store. Save time and money, go elsewhere.

Frames are extraordinarily overpriced. If you are trying to save money on frames, do not shop here. Go online instead and wait a few days for a frame you really like to be shipped to you. Save over $100 by doing this and do not make the mistake I made by shopping at Pearle Vision. Very, very unsatisfied with the price of my frame and how the store can get away with price gouging.

If you are looking to be ripped off then you should visit this Pearle Vision store. They will even make fake claims to your insurance and send the work to be done at a different lab.
