Great staff when present in the office for your appointment, however, trying to relay information over the phone has been a nightmare. Every month, there is some kind of an issue getting my rxs filled/refilled on time. One of the office medical assistants or secretaries is particularly rude on the phone, in fact I dread when she takes my call. Im nothing short of polite and considerate with her, but she makes me feel as if my call is really putting her out. My most recent concern with this facility is that one of my medications was discontinued per my doctor (much to my surprise). I learned this when I had called in my monthly refill. It was NEVER discussed with me in any prior appointments; this change was never mentioned - period. So, after waiting 3 days for my usual refill, I received a call from her nurse stating that they were not going to fill it! Ive been on this medication with much success for four years with no side effects/reactions, its NOT controlled , nor narcotic, and there have been no recalls/adverse reports from it. I didnt think this was ethical. So, sadly, because of this, and past issues with mostly my medications being filled very late, I will be searching for another primary that can better meet my needs.
