We just started taking our two fur babies here on recommendation from a friend and we couldnt be happier. The doctors havent made us feel pressured to get every single test or expensive dog food that we cant afford. They have been honest and upfront with us, I appreciate that they let us know what we really need to do to best care for our babies. The staff in the front is very helpful and friendly. Again, just started going here 5 months ago but I have already recommended Riverside to my family and friends even though it is a 45 minute drive for us, they are worth it!

They were "too busy" to see my cat that had an eye infection. He has been a patient there for 3 years. The eye infection went from rapid winking to full squint/eye closure in a 12 hours but they would not fit us in until another 78 hours even after pleading with them! I took him to another place, west side animal hospital, where he was seen immediately and they understood the urgency of his infection. Never again will I step foot in this building.

I followed Dr. Mueller here when she and her partner opened this practice. She is compassionate and smart, and so is the entire staff. Although my neighborhood vet is geographically more convenient, I will continue to make the drive because the level of care is worth it! Also, the animal boarding is great, as the staff really cares about all their temporary residents. My cat, Remy, leaves here happy :-)

My baby Leo has been very sick and theyve been doing testing to see whats wrong. They just took blood yesterday at 520 pm and on top of getting him in for a last minute appointment, Dr. Mueller just left a voicemail just to check up on him and to let me know that theres no results yet. They definately care about their patients.

Ive been entrusting Dr. Velez with my cats health care for 10 years now. I have, and would, follow her anywhere because she is not only an extremely competent veterinarian but she is compassionate as well.
