We have been clients for 13 years and could not have had more care, service, or empathy for our fur babies (or us)! I love the fact that: - our pets can come in on a morning without an appointment for a parents "emergency" and their pet will still get seen by one of the many competent vets that are there on that given day. - techs will give shots twice during the day without an appointment. Sure makes it easy on busy pet parents. - Reception area is always busy, but someone there will be sure to acknowledge theyll be with you. Recently, we had a very bad situation with one of our dogs. We got to the hospital just as they were closing. Not only was he seen, but Dr. Masters stayed and did x-rays and surgery. You cant ask for more or better care!!

Love Dr. Masters and him always seeing my pups when needed and glad he bought the practice, but dont like the new higher prices that came with it, but get that numbers have to work for the practice to continue on. Glad he stepped up and bought it out. Love that he is flexible with me on how I want to treat my dogs and he is so good with my 5 GSD that most vets are afraid of!!! I am a professional dog trainer and recommend him all the time to my clients. Love the staff now that some of the troublesome ones were let go with the new ownership of Dr. Masters...so very pleasant to go there now for me under the new ownership. Always loved Dr. Masters!!!

I have been coming to Hillside Vets for about 15 years. They have kept my dogs well through puppyhood though old age with love and thorough care. Dr. Olcott has been my vet for all that time, however the other doctors have been wonderful when they had to step in for various emergencies. Hillside was recommended to me way back when I had some issues with another Vet, and I have recommended them to many friends over the years who have stayed on as steady clients. The staff is friendly, efficent and helpful. Hillside as a group truly cared for my older dogs with love and good care. I just love this group. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

Hillside Vet takes wonderful care of all my animals - 1 dog and 3 cats. In addition to annual checkups, I have had two emergency situations. On both occasions I saw Dr. Yarrington who quickly assessed the situation and called me to go over the issues. The most recent one involved a feral cat who had been severely injured and Dr. Yarrington (and staff) gave so generously of her time and knowledge and facility in assessing the situation and was most compassionate in helping me through this situation. I have seen the other vets as well and they and the staff are all quite competent and caring.

I have cats and dogs and have had to spend a lot of time and money at vets offices. This place is far and above any I have EVER been to. If i could give more stars I would. They love the pets so much and they work with you to find the best thing for the whole family. The vet listens and works with you, the staff is friendly and helpful even when its obviously busy. I will never go elsewhere. Oh and they are affordable!

We have always brought our pets to Hillside, and Dr. Masters is one reason why, he actually shows an intrest in the pets well being and has a great bedside manor, recently we had to bring in our cat, shot with a bb gun resulting in a shattered rear leg, pinned and wired, 3-4 weeks later you would never know it happened, thanks again for the great service provided by your whole staff! :-)

Dr. Masters is always a pleasure and provides excellent care without attempting to push extras and add-ons onto you. He has been seeing our pets for 12 years. His staff is courteous and helpful, even when our difficult Bear dog is not. His prices are more than reasonable and he passes savings onto you. We highly recommend this practice!
