Puppy had a splint put on by Roseville three times for treatment of a hairline fracture broken bone. Needed ever larger splint since the puppy was growing rapidly. However, the third splint fell off after 12 hours, this being a Friday I returned on the Monday to ask Roseville to re-bind the splint. Doctor then decided that no new splint was necessary (2 days ago same dr said it was needed for at least anoother 2 weeks) and billed me $145 for the visit. When I questioned the bill, it was for 2 X-rays and a office examination. I objected that I was expecting a FREE re-bind of splint since I had just paid them $40+ 2 days ago. I never asked for nor authorized 2 x-rays. Dr did not think my position and objections were valid and he walked away. Pretty unprofessional GOUGERS and I will never go back there.

Weve taken our pets to Roseville since I was a child. Dr. Leahy is a wonderful vet and caring person and has been there a long time. The other vets and most techs are nice as well. Dr. Bosley is super smart and very informative. However, a star gets knocked off for the poor treatment by one particular desk worker who has given me uncalled for attitude. She speaks to me and gestures as if I am the dumbest person in the world over simple information that no one else working there has ever had an issue with processing. Ive never been spoken to as a patron in the way that she chooses to at times.

Love Dr. Munizza, she is the only vet I have ever really trusted to take care of my dog. I know I dont have to worry about her doing unnecessary procedures, blood work, or medications and she always looks out for the best interest of my dog as well as my wallet. She gives several options and discusses pros and cons as well as cost. Most vets just give you one option (the most expensive) and thats it. In emergencies she has been particularly helpful and checked in after to see how my dog was doing. It took me a long time to find a great vet and Im so thankful I have!

Best vet Ive ever been to. They take great care of all of our dogs. They have even made house calls when it was the end of the time for two of our dogs. I highly recommend them to everyone whos been looking for an awesome vet with great prices. ;)

I have been taking my dogs to this clinic for several years. I have never had any doctor or technician act badly toward my animals--unlike some of the other reviewers, I found the people at this clinic to be very caring and knowledgeable.

Staff was great, dr was terrible and seems uninterested in my dogs best interested- dr burwell. Would never go back to this clinic solely based on the dr and how she mistreated our dog. Not sure how she has her license.
