Dr.Ng has been my primary care physician for years, my family too. He is honest & caring, and will provide you with the best care possible. I was having a lot of issues with heartburn in which he ordered the proper treatment for me to get better. His staff is very polite & professional and theyve been with him since I started seeing him (+5 years ago). Anytime I call with an issue and need to be seen I am always accommodated and seen the same exact day. I would not trust any other doctor with my treatment and health. My mother had been experiencing a lot of heartburn in which she was referred to see a GI specialist (by a family member). The GI specialist told her she wasnt having any issues whatsoever. After consulting with Dr.Ng, he had discovered she had a severely inflamed gallbladder that needed to be removed immediately. I truthfully thank Dr.Ng for all he has done for me and my family.

This man is confused and thinks he is God. I stopped using him several years ago, unfortunately my wife Audrey, being a more tolerant person than I, continued to trust this jerk. My wife and I are senior citizens in our 70s. Never have we been treated with such disrespect from any doctor. Recently my wife received a letter from this so called doctor, stating that he is no longer going to treat her. No reason, no explanation, as I said this character thinks he is God. My wife needs her medication for high blood pressure. This fool refused to give her a prescription and said it is not an emergency. Anyone who knows my wife knows she is the sweetest person going and certainly does not deserve such treatment. Find a doctor that really cares for his or her patient.

Prior to becoming a patient of Dr. Ng’s, I had a variety of doctors which were just care providers and nothing else. Some were ok others were terrible. I have hypertension and Dr. Ng was the first doctor to consistently control my blood pressure. He takes the time to thoroughly understand my condition and seems to genuinely care about my health. Dr. Ng is the consummate professional yet does not come off as cold or superior. He has always treated me well and with respect which is why I have been his patient for the past decade.

Wait time Very Bad His interest seemed less then what I saw when Dr Cooper was there. Desk staff very Lackadaisical to be polite. I sat there for one hour past my appointment and when I asked when I would see the Dr she said we have you as a no show. He can see you after his last patient. I left. Time of appointment till time seeing Dr at least 1 hour after your appointment. Dr seemed less then interested in me rather to move to the next room. Not Sorry to say I will never return.

Ive been treated by Dr. Ng since he took over the practice. He is kind and so is his staff. He has helped me over a few bumps in the road and hasnt given me bad advice. Ive read the reviews here and can say with honesty , Ive NEVER seen any staff member act like God. Ive seen professionals trying to get and keep me well. See for yourself!

Horrible doctor and under par staff. I cancelled an appointment 30 days in advance and when I refused to pay for it 2 months later they threatened to call a collections agency on me. This practice just wants your money and they dont care about the patients especially Doctor Ng.

This is the most unprofessional staff I have ever come across. Do yourself a favor and find one of the better Doctors on Long Island.
