He was the first dentist that said "yes we take that insurance" So, I took a chance. I wanted to do a checkup/cleaning since I have not done so in 3yrs. The staff is extremely nice. Today was my first visit and I was the only person there that they knew who I was the moment I walked in. Lots of nice Disney pin wall art and lots of plaques. Now the dentist seemsed impatient when I did not understand what he asked me to do. He wanted me to bite a certain way but I didnt understand what he meant. He like using the pick thing to clean and he was so rough with it I felt my gums being pushed back on each tooth. On 4 front teeth their is now traces of blood on them. Top two and bottom two. I could feel gradual pressure on to each gum. He tells me a short list of all that are wrong with my teeth and recommended the following. But I should not be in pain for a cleaning. He wants to remove my wisdom teeth and says I have a cavity. First one at 25. I asked him to tell me which one he gave me a number but I didnt know which way he was counting my teeth and that seemed to annoyed him. He does appear very knowledgable. Ironically he told me to pay close attention to my gums because they are weaker by my wisdom teeth. Gave each gum a number rate, which I never had done before. Also said my jaw has a slight click on the left. The assistant gave me a free toothbrush and asked when I would like my next appointment. I had to wait 2month and was told he fills up extremely fast. I said I will call. He also use the pick to apply pressure on my back wisdom teeth. Theres now slight tension if i bite down hard. For some reason finding a new dentist is a bit hard, I was told what I had was a deep cleaning, and for some reason some dentist would do a deep cleaning automatically if needed or not. I dont think I needed one. Overall I wasnt happy. He also didnt wear a mouth mask and I felt uncomfortable with him hovering over me like that. I felt that he was rushing and appeared a tad impatient.

I am a long time patient. It is a very comfortable office. I Always go there for routines. and if I need something outside his scope Ive been given Many great recommendations ( wisdom teeth ). I recently have been working very close with Dr. B and my (awesome) oral surgeon, on a few implants. besides OBVIOUS dental discomfort, I have no complaints!!! I smile beautiful now .
