Never have I had such a bad experience "professional" doctors office. All I want is for them to call me back and send my prescription that they said the were going to send. I am constantly told a message has to be left and I will be called back and never have I gotten a call back without me having to call again to remind them. Nobody knows what is going on and every time I call I ask for my doctor and only my doctor to call and it NEVER once has been her calling me back. Along with the fact that I was told to go to an appointment to discuss blood work results waited AN HOUR+ after my appointment time to be told to go home because they didnt have my results. This place is beyond frustrating, making a small task into 3 weeks of chasing messages and a pointless visit

I have been a patient here for a little over a year. I left my former physician whom I was cared for by for over 20 years due to changes in ownership. I travel over 15 mikes farther to see the practitioners at this facility. Although I am seen by different people I am extremely comfortable with everyone. I recommend this practice without reservation.
