If I could leave ZERO stars for this hack place I would. This place treats patients like they are doing them a favor as if the clinic were free or something. I am a working professional with good health insurance. I am not asking this clinic for a hand me down simply an appointment so I may have an annual physical. I made an appointment 50 Days in advance only to have the clinic call me the day before the appointment to say that they could no longer keep the appointment and that the next appointment was a month away even though I had already waited 50 days for the appointment made. I made a new appointment in frustration because I need a primary care physician and today I get a call saying that my appointment for the 13th has been cancelled and that the next available appointment isnt until August 15th. I told the person on the phone that it was almost 3 months that I had been trying to get an appointment, I asked what kind of clinic is so irresponsible that they make people wait 3 months and the person on the phone simply said and I quote "if you have a problem go to an emergency room" So since my mother raised me right; I said well then I guess Ill be looking for another clinic, thank you and have a good day. Never in my life have I dealt with such rude professional incompetence, lack of professionalism and overall discourtesy. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone who has good paying medical insurance. This place seems to be more suited for low income families that have medicaid and medicare for health coverage but if you have good health insurance like I do such as United Healthcare, Blue Cross or AEtna PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste you time with this incredibly ghetto place. I would rather drive a few towns over to New Haven and go to a real medical facility.

Every time I go to this clinic I have a bad experience with one of the recepcionist , is always the same lady !!! I dont know how a person like her can work with the public , she demonstrates racism and hatred !!! If I make a question , bothers her and two or three times She asked me for my sons insurance and she left me with my hand holding the card because she decided to to to somebody else at the same time and left me waiting for Her then I told her "excuse me , here is the card " she a answered "I am busy, you need to wait until I finish " when I was first in the line !! Then I asked her if they sent the referral to the access rehab do my son can receive his therapy (the request was sent two months ago ) she told me "the access rehab dont do this kind of therapy " when my son is going there for three years !!!! She answered while she was chatting and smiling to her iPhone . How a person like her can be working there for a big while and she didnt know the access rehab gives speech therapy ???? Moreover , how she can work there when she is so arrogant and wirh no customer service skills !!!! I dont remember her name but she looks in her 50 s , brown eyes , tanned skin , curly hair . She uses glasses , 5f ....or less . I called to put a complain , I was told the assistant director will call me (three months ago ) and I am still waiting for that call !!!

The front desk lady is very arrogant , she uses glasses and I heard she has more time working there than the other staff , she always has a bad attitude with the patients , she is rude !! She has not education and patient to treat patients with respect !!! She wants you to know you are not welcome to the clinic and whatever you ask bothers Her !!! I heard her making all kinds of bad comments on patients after each patient left the clinic . Plus , every time my daughter has an appointed they cancel and they dont call you to let you know , then you call to make a new appointment and they are nasty talking to you , as they were doing something as charity when all that people have a job thanks to us !!! We pay our insurances so they can be paid !!! Its not free !!! Even if You have free insurance they got paid AND they are there to give you Helth care . The reason why I changed to This clinic is because my daughters doctor moved here from another clinic , this doctor is very respecfull and professional . The front desk recepcionist should be FIRED And send back to School to learn how to deal with public and specially with people with some conditions . If you want to avoid stressful experiences dont go there !!!

I read all the comments and I would say that I agree about the front lady who use the glasses, she is a little rude. But otherwise, all of them are very friendly and professional . There is a young African-American girl at the front desk who is very polite and nice. The nurses are very cool and professional especially Maria, a Portuguese lady very sweet and professional. Dr. Daniel Smith is also very good and always ready to explain anything you ask. Please, think before you write, because you are damaging the reputation of a good place. I have United Health Insurance and I still go there because they treat me with respect., they always keep my appointments and has a service a walking service with a very professional and sweet Doctor called Wendy. She is the best!! If you go there put on your best smile and attitude and you will see that they are good people.

Where do I begin??? First of all when I went to the clinic, I had allllll my paper work and medication list in tow. I was happy with the Dr I had (Erin) And when she left, it just went down hill from there. I think Ive seen about 4 doctors since being there (a Lil over a year) and after Erin, it just got ridiculous. Theyve taken me off medication that Ive been on for 3 years for anxiety not letting me know that I could have seizures because of it. I have been going to the emergency room just to get my prescription and the drs at the ER Said they have been complained about numerous times.... the receptionist with the glasses is very rude. I literally had to hold my tongue not to say anything to her. All in all, Im not comfortable there. I have an appointment today and Im Dreading going....... wish me luck!!!

Absolute garbage. Tried for months to get an intake appointment, but every time theyd cancel with no reason given a few days before and offer something over ANOTHER month away, even when I repeatedly told them I urgently needed treatment and medication. Unless you want to get seriously jerked around and disrespected as a human being, dont go here.

Front desk reception is horrible. Always a side conversation going. Spanish lady cant remember name (dont care to) has an attitude as if she is being bothered. They have a 3rd party nurse line. Not a good place to bring your children.
