Went to this office for a General visit when I was having a bad sore throat. Seemed like they were accomodating when I was brought into a room right away. I waited in that room for an hour before being seen, and rather than apologizing to me, the doctor on staff made of a fool of herself for crucifying the nurses for not giving her information faster. It gets worse- a month later I get the Explanation of benefits from my insurance company and they billed my insurance $392. $357 for a general office visit that was coded incorrectly and $35 for strep test. Ive called numerous times to speak to someone in billing with no return phone call and have had to take separate action with my insurance company to prevent my insurance premiums from going up due to their inaccurate coding. They billed my insurance for a lung condition instead of a general office visit. Your better off waiting to go to your doctor, or going to the hospital. The icing on the cake was when I went to pick up my results from the office for my strep test. (that they would not give me on the phone due to "policy" even though I signed a release over the phone form) They told me that in order to go over the results- which turned out to be nothing out of the ordinary (checked with my aunt who is a MA and asked the doctor at her office), that I would need to schedule another appointment with another doctor. (so they could overbill my insurance again) AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. TOTALLY UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES AND I WILL NEVER RETURN.

My family and I go here a lot for all sorts of issues, from illnesses to rashes to emergencies, to regular physicals. As far as wait time for walk-in, its hit or miss; sometimes youre in and out, other times its a long wait; but theyre very timely if youve made an appointment, even same day. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The best part of the clinic is the fact that its a one stop shop! If you need any tests done- X-Ray, blood, CAT, etc., they do it right on site, so no need to make an appointment or find time to visit another doctor. They are quick for emergencies, and offer very comprehensive PCP physicals, taking the time on a follow up visit to go over all results in detail. We are beginning to trust them more than our kids pediatrician. We took our daughter for three visits to her pediatrician over a two week period for a growing red rash on her face. They swore up and down it was eczema, but we knew they were wrong. The creams they Rxd did nothing and there was a very obvious ring. We took her to the walk-in, and were out the door in 10 minutes with an Rx for ringworm treatment. The very knowledgeable doctors and RNs correctly diagnosed the kids at least 3 times after misdiagnoses at their peds. Weve now made the Urgent Care our primary doctors. All in all, were really happy with their services and would highly recommend!

I brought my mother in because I thought it would be better then the emergency room. Never again. She was seen pretty quickly, we were told 20 minutes for the prescription to be sent over to the pharmacy. It Never Arrived and when I called to find out what the hold up was girl that answered was rude and said it takes about 20 minutes, I said its been over an hour and she was like... oh well. I said excuse me? She was like he is working on it. I said I will never visit any of thier facilities ever again, she was like... so. I said I know you dont care. But businesses cant operate when they have no customers. Also the staff was chatting away about thier personal bussiness while we were sitting in the waiting room. 24 hours later I went back to the pharmacy, and picked up a script, it was not what they told her they were goING to give her. I am so disgusted that this is the type of care we all pay into Obama care for! Do Not Visit Chase Avenue office!

Cant even believe the treatment I received after going there so many times over the years! They are supposed to be open until 8, I got out of work at 7 rushed home and rushed to get my kids to the chase ave urgent care. It says thy close at 8, I walk in at 7:44 there is no one at the front desk and takes a few min for Someone to come out. Then she has to get someone else all for her to very rudely tell me that you arent taking any more patients! I have my 7 and 9 year old coughing their lungs out and they said they stop taking patients after 7:45. Well I am there at 7:45 and they turn away my two children!?!? One who needed a breathing treatment by the time I got to the emergency room! Unreal! I will surely tell everyone I know in Waterbury about this awful experience and how we were turned away when your hours clearly state 8am-8pm, and the website says NOTHING about not taking patients up to the time of closing!!!!!!!

Wonderful staff, so sweet and caring! I was involved in a car accident this morning that later led me to suspect my hand might have been broken in the collision. Upon arrival, each staff member I made contact with (4 total) as well as the doctor, was very kind and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. In the end, nothing was broken, but there is a lot of swelling and internal bleeding that continues to get worse. With nothing more to do than offer pain medication, I was met with heartfelt "Im so sorry this happened" condolences and wait to see if my back or neck begin hurting in 2-3 days. Im so glad I came in. :)

I called and asked if they were busy, the woman was quick to say they close in ten minutes, 8pm. So then I brought up how the information online shows they are open until 9. The only response the woman had for me, " oh we know, that is what it states, but the information is wrong." Im sorry so ,are they that incompetent to not list their information correctly? If anything they are a disservice to the community. Why list times at all with that kind of additude? Better yet close shop and go do something you have a passion for, helping people is clearly not one of them.
