I was a patient back in 2014 . Service wasnt really good doctors really dont make you feel as if you were a patient but an invoice number . After almost 2 years they send another invoice saying I owe more money after the balance has been paid and met . Dont get me started on the things they bill out too , 250 $ and for what ? I think the facility is clean but they really need to learn how to treat costumers the right way . After 2 years their sending a bill and obviously stating that the statements go out every month . SO WHY AM I RECEIVING THE BILL FOR THE FIRST TIME .

Horrible staff. Especially one blonde woman in particular at the front desk in the West Islip office. There are many parts to this office and its easy to get confused if you havent been here too many times. When asked where I needed to sign in she quickly and rudely responded with, "Im busy" then directed me to the wrong place. After trying to sign in at the new destination, yet another rude employee directed me back to the spot I was in, in the first place. The doctors and assistants are great, but they definitely need a change of staff.

I was seen immediately and so glad they have Sunday hours! They saved my life. Our wait was not long. My husband and I were seen together. I was biopsied and had surgery within days of discovering my Melanoma. Thank you to Chris Byrne, MPAS, RPA-C, staff and the plastic surgeon. You were professional and caring to such a process. Will recommend this location. So please get a checkup!

I had a bad rash and got an appointment for the same day. Considering they squeezed me in, the wait time was totally reasonable. The doctor was nice and took his time to examine me and listen to my concerns. I hope I dont need to go back to the dermatologist, but should I need to, I know where to go.
