Customer Support with attitude. Came there two weeks ago, had all proper paperwork. An employee named Greg was very friendly, explained everything and gave us Demo lenses to try. We purchased one set of lenses; today we came and wanted to try another set of lenses, and there was an Doctor (Asian lady) who refused to let us try lenses, saying that we had to have color specified on the prescription. She was extremely rude to us, interrupting us, and not understanding what we even wanted from her. After a minute of our conversation, she asked another employee to assist us. That employee was also rude and impolite, like we have ruined her morning. Instead, she ruined our whole day. Terrible experience, avoid this place at all costs!

In downtown White Plains, but plenty of parking in garage and they will validate for 3 hours of free parking. Dont know what you mean by "hassle" but if you try and park on the first parking level it is always crowded. Go up one or more levels and there is plenty of parking. I have taken back glasses for adjustments without an appointment and not had any difficulty, and they dont pressure you to go for the expensive frames; we started with the $9 frames and went up till I got one that worked. They sell the cheap progressive lenses but advise spending for the better progressives due to quality issues.

The store barely had any food, none of the name brands, parking was a hassle, Ive seen K-marts better than this. It was missing key departments that all walmarts have, just lousy. I dont even write reviews, and I couldnt wait to get on here and tell everyone about my bad experience. I spent 125$ (moderate) on mostly food. I went home and it seemed like my fridge and cabinets were still empty. Usually when I spend that at Walmart, Im good for a month.... look the bottom line is, DONT GO TO THIS WALMART.... PERIOD
