OK, so this is why you never leave feedback until your entire transaction is complete. I have been wearing glasses since the age of 8 and have NEVER waited this long. Previously I gave this place glowing remarks. But that is when I walked out of the store thinking Id have my glasses in a couple days. It is now 8 days later and my glasses are STILL not ready. I expressed how badly I needed them, how I couldnt see without them (they broke in the middle spontaneously). The store clerks called to see if they could be rushed but to no avail. Listen, I have no problem with the people who work in the store. They are some of the nicest and most professional people I have come across in any retail industry. Except for the phone call I was promised and didnt get the store team is efficient. But whatever lab is sending my glasses seemingly to Katmandu to be sculpted out of Earth minerals, is who I take issue with. In this day and age there is really no reason to wait so long for a pair of glasses. And no, my prescription aint anything crazy. The hassle of going back and forth to this store, and now having to go someplace else is so frustrating. Needless to say I got a refund which I had to wait a long time for. Never again.

She knows her medicine and has always done well for us, so we seek her out for almost all manner of issues relating to our eyes. Not only has she been good for us as adults, she did great with our kids when they were in the single digits.

Dr Won is great. He is very personable and professional. He explains everything to you and answers all your questions. He takes time to listen and addresses whatever concerns you have. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr Won. He is located inside Lens Crafters on the 3rd floor in the Westchester Mall.
