For 25 years Ive been a LensCrafters customer. NO MORE. The whole category is a rip-off, but LC is the worst. Old worn-out model. Getting very sloppy with quality. Tired of the phony 50% off sales. Discount only when you buy new frames. No discount to get new prescription in current frames. And fyi - those $145 frames cost them $10-12. Try Warby Parker. A whole new concept. My daughter has been using them for 3-4 years by mail! Perfect every time. Long story short - I got glasses, sunglasses, better protection, better warranty for $20 more than 1 pair at LensCrafters.

This store gives exceptional service. While traveling for business I forgot my contact lenses. I was giving a presentation and needed my daily disposable lenses. I was greated by an incredibly friendly and helpful associate. Dr. Susan was also incredibly helpful in trying to find my Rx and get me some trials to float me through my time in NY. At the end I wanted to offer them some form of payment in return for the excellent service, but they declined it and instead directed me towards their international gift of sight program. A phenomenal experience, I would return again!

Not sure why the other reviews below are not great but my eye exam was very well done with the newer machines and I felt like I received the best exam every and Ive had glasses for over 20 years. For westchester this is really an undiscovered gem.

Purchased new glasses though them. When I got home, I noticed the frame had deep gouges and many spots with chipped paint.
