OK I used to go to this dentist office for a few years but definitely stopped and will not be recommending anyone to go here. I waited 4 months for so called approval from my insurance and still would be waiting if I didnt go to the office in person. I did call first and never got a call back I was promised. The receptionist told me she is too busy to call me( how unprofessional). l When I tried to speak with the dentist to alert her about her staff, she waved me off. None of my family members go here anymore because they dont do a good, job even with a cleaning, very quick and fast. I have never wrote a review but there is a first time for everything
