In my work, vision is key. I work in dimensions that most people cannot understand, namely microns (1/1000 of a mm). I have moved out of the area where Dr. Grisar practices, but I will always find a way to go to him for my exams. I do not care that it is inconvenient and takes 1/2 day total including travel time. His exams are the most thorough and precise and he informs me totally about what i am dealing with. After years of monitoring, we decided that it was time for cataract surgery with a special lens for my condition. I knew it was the appropriate thing to do and It was totally successful. Their reputation exceeds their name as they attract patients from all over Westchester, Manhattan and Southern Connecticut and not just Yonkers. Sometimes I wish they practiced a broader range of medicine so I could visit them when I have a cold or the flu.
