DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a sham! Please do yourself a favor and go someplace else. I came here in November after moving to Putnam county. I have used the same dentist for over 30 years in Queens and only had three cavities in entire my life. I have never had a problem with my teeth. After visiting northern westchester dental, they told me that I had 5 cavities. When I went to have them filled all of a sudden I had 7 cavities and needed my wisdom teeth taken out. At the time I trusted them and had only 3 cavities filled in that day. Two weeks later, my bite was off and I was still in pain! I called and told them it was an emergency and they told me I would have to wait a month and a half to be seen. Weeks later it got infected and I am finally getting it fixed by another dentist. Not to mention they conned me into paying for my fillings out of pocket because the material they used was not covered by my insurance. I did not know this until after the work was done. If you want to keep all of your teeth and save your money do yourself a favor and go someplace else. This place sucks!

Dr. Dana and Dr. Seth, as well as their staff from top to bottom, always provide me with beyond perfect care. HIGHLY recommended due to their professionalism and attentiveness to detail. Beautiful office and extremely friendly office staff! I came to their office years ago with fear and frustration from other dentists in the area and left comfortable and ready to start all the dental work I needed. Each visit is very detailed and I always leave knowing exactly what was done and how much it costs. 5+ stars!

The entire staff has been so wonderful with my 15 year old daughter with autism. After initial sedation and work we were never able to do in the past, my daughter now goes regularly for her dental cleanings, is getting better with each visit and actually has a healthy and beautiful smile. Both Dr. Dana and Seth Keiles have worked on Madelyns teeth and I couldnt be more pleased. Also, Sue does a fantastic job with her cleanings and couldnt be more patient. Thank-you!!

Love this dentist (Dr. Seth) as much as anyone can love a dentist! I am a big ole scaredy cat and Dr. Seth gives me as much time as I need. The entire staff is wonderful, efficient, friendly. My husband and I have been patients for about six years, our son about two years (our daughter is still a big ole chicken) and we are all very satisfied. We have had "major" tooth issues that have been handled professionally and as comfortably as possible. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great practice and wonderful staff. I always have a welcoming and positive experience here. The staff makes you feel comfortable and remember small details about yourself which provides a nice personal touch. Dr. Keiles is thorough in his exams and the hygienists even more so during cleanings. Highly recommended!

I have never had a bad experience with this practice. The dental work is always top notch. Dr. Seth is a perfectionist, I had a crown that was probably OK, he decided the gap would not have looked natural, so he sent it back to be reworked. I am not easily satisfied. I am very satisfied with this practice.

Emergency! In so much pain.. My regular dentist didnt call back , I was in so much pain I called anyone in the area and the Keiles at Northern Westchester dental called me back - they met me over thanksgiving weekend to help.
