Had a terrible experience going there. Went there for a regular checkup, while the doctor I saw was nice, the system just failed miserably. First of all, making an appointment is a pain. The agent that answers the phone had bad attitude. The average wait time to speak to someone is 40 minutes. If you have a question, you can only leave your message with the agent answering your call, and you get a call back from a nurse, and you dont always get the same nurse calling you back, so they have no idea what other nurses have told you, and they have no idea what your doctor have told you, they can only look at your record, and therefore you have to explain your situation again to each new nurse you speak to. If you are pregnant, go with a private doctor, I just cant imagine waiting 40 minutes every time I need to speak to someone while pregnant and have questions to ask, doing this at work is a huge problem. Their building and office look nice and clean, probably the only positive thing about it for me.
