I took my daughter there once. I was told that they have a policy of giving nitrous oxide to all children. My daughter was 8 years old, mature, and good at the dentist, so I did not believe that she needed a psychoactive drug for a simple and painless dental procedure. I informed the staff that I didnt want her to have nitrous, and I was assured that she wouldnt get it. I intentionally did not sign the consent form required for them to be able to give her nitrous. You can imagine my surprise and anger when she was returned to me carrying her "nosy". She was obviously still a little euphoric. I asked the staff member who brought her to me if shed been given nitrous and was informed that she had. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE!

These people have caused me and all my younger siblings to be afraid of the dentist. They held us down with force, wouldnt let our mother come back with us, even after us begging for her to be there, and the wait is ridiculous. You wait 3 hours, for what? Your child to be harmed and have an everlasting fear of the dentist. I strongly advise against them, they are awful.

I think this place is good. Everytime I have ever been there, they were really sweet to my kids. They do always have a long wait though.
