My entire family has come to this optometrist for over four years and my most recent experience that I had with their office is a good example of poor customer service! I normally, receive eye exams from there and purchase contacts. But my kids have gotten glasses and eye exams from them as well. I decided to shop for glasses and I went to pick up my glasses two weeks later only to find out that my prescription and the frames were not a good fit, I advised Kathy who works in the office that I was not happy with the final product and she told me that I had to keep my glasses that there was no exchanges or refunds. I told her that I was never advised of this policy and she told me that it was not her place to tell us and that I should have asked. Nevertheless, I canceled my contact order and left the glasses there, its ashamed that my family will not return because of the lack of customer service, empathy and basic characteristics that make people human. The doctors are nice but the service from their assistants horrible!

Always a great experience! Their patience is unparalleled and dedication to getting it right and customer service is not something you find just anywhere anymore. Dr. Figler knows his patients well and Dr. Kane is awesome with kids. Kathy, Melissa and Crystal are always helpful. Wouldn’t trust my vision needs in anyone else’s hands!

Dr. Figler has been doing my sessions since I was 5. He is nothing but professional. They have a great selection of glasses for those who want to be trendy, and at a good price point. I give them 5 out of 5 because its good customer service.

They are simply terrible. The staff is friendly but amazingly incompetent. They are also by FAR the most expensive place in town. Stay away. You have been warned.
