Both the front staff and medical staff are professional, caring, and courteous. No complaints about the visit. Office is nice, air is clean, large waiting room with a comfy couch. Melissa was thorough and reasonable with the concerns I had and also was considerate of all information I presented. Unlike many providers, she actually listened (aka did not have the "your opinion doesnt matter...I am a doctor, this is the way its gonna be" mentality). Highly recommended from a veteran of doctors offices.

This used to be a great place when it first opened. They were great all around- front office, nurses, docs. Slowly those people started leaving and their replacements are outrageously awful. I had to call earlier today and the lady who answered the phone spoke to fast and you could tell she already checked out mentally from the day. She was just so rude I really dont know why she just didnt let the phone ring instead.

The wait is at least an hour every time you go. They prefer you not to make an appointment. Even if you do you wait at least one hour in the waiting room. MELISSA is awesome once you finally get in.

Friend had test done and they have yet got results. They call and they give some excuse why they dont have them yet. Unprofessional and lack of care.
