Im done with these people. After being a patient for nearly 10 years, the long waits to make an appointment, "group exams", and nonchalant attitudes have forced me to seek a different provider. I dont need to be lectured by a P.A. about why I need to be seeing my regular doctor when I can never get an appointment to see him. I have incredible respect and admiration for my primary doctor here but what this place has become is an example of institutional entitlement, considering the patient (and their insurance) an ATM machine and having no consideration for their patronage, loyalty, or physical/emotional well-being. A loved one received some extremely troubling radiology results in the mail after having a test done last month, and we have lost many nights of sleep worrying about the situation because nobody will call us to follow up and the earliest appointment we can get isnt for another couple weeks. They had the audacity to have their receptionist try to decipher the cryptic medical-speak because after our numerous phone calls I guess it was just easier to say "probably not that bad" as opposed to putting the doctor on the phone who had ordered the test to begin with. Youd think that after spending a couple thousand dollars for a test that there would be a sense of duty, not necessarily because we are patients but because we are customers and Ive had auto mechanics take less of my money and spend more of their time talking to me about what the problem is, and thats when its just my car and not my own body.

My primary doctor is great and is the only reason I am still going to this clinic. Have bad experience 5 times or more with the lower level assistants there at the front desk where you sign up for blood drawn and the workers in the blood draw area. They think the customers are working for them and gave me attitudes. I am looking to switch to another health care provider; I dont want to go to a provider where I dont feel welcome and not wanted there.

Okay, you have to get those same day appointmens early, but everybody, yesterday was just helpful and cheerful. Oh I waited, maybe ten minutes for the blood draw, but there were a lot of people there. And the tech was cheerful and efficient. The radiation tech was a machine, running her tush off. My visit yesterday could have been a clinic on how to run a clinic.

I have an excellent Primary Care Provider at the Diamond Bar location. Too bad I can never see him when I need to. Todays experience of being told I have to wait 3 months to see him next was the last straw. Ive been a patient there for over 15 years.

I have been going here for 15 years.The staff that make appointments are not helpful at all.If I get sick and need an appointment quickly , I can never get it.I am going to change doctors.
