Just want to let people know what an awesome group of people they are at TherapySouth in Trussville. I went in and began therapy in July and could barely move my foot and leg after an extensive foot surgery with external fixators back in March. Mike, Chris, Angie, Peyton, Micah and June have all become a part of my extended family because they make you feel this way. They not only give you the therapy you need to get back to where you need to be, they genuinely care about their patients. I recommend this group to anyone and everyone that finds themselves needing PT. Thanks to all of you for the most pleasant company and getting me to the point I can walk on BOTH feet again lol. You all are AWESOME!

I went through rehab/physical therapy with Kristen and his staff after 2 replacement hip surgeries as well as after I had both of my knees scoped. I could not be any more pleased with the professionalism and the caring attitudes that he and each of his staff exemplify. Kristen has an excellent bedside manner! His knowledge of how the body works is amazing; he has performed different stretches and moves that had never been tried on me before and they really work. The dry needling that he performs has allowed the therapy to work deep in the muscles to alleviate pain. This practice is FANTASTIC! After experiencing decreased range of motion in my neck, Kristen Zeanah manipulated my neck and gave me exercises that helped tremendously. A few days later, he performed a dry needling technique which helped me to have full range of motion for the first time in years. It was not painful at all and VERY effective. I highly recommend him!
