All of the staff are great! The sales people were cheerful and no-pressure. The eye doctor was a bit overbooked, and there was not enough room to wait in this small storefront. The doctor herself was funny and competent. I was thankful she used the "eye drops" rather than "the air pressure puff" to test for glaucoma. It seemed worth the crowded, uncomfortable, wait. She also was able to recommend lower cost contacts in keeping with my grad student budget. The selection of frames is small, but fashionable. I dont need new glasses, but some of styles made me wish I did! I will return in the future.

I continue using Dr. Pullium even though I moved over an hour away. He and his staff are worth the drive. Although I would like to have a bigger eye glass selection to choose from, I can say that they go WAY out of their way so I can get the glasses I want. They even allowed me to look through an entire case of eyewear from one of their reps and I found a great pair! They also work very well with my insurance.

All the staff at Leeds Family Eye Care were helpful, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Dr. Williams answered all my questions thoroughly and explained the changes in my eyes and vision in terms that were easily understood. He made me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. Shelby was so sweet and accommodating. She took the time to get to know me and assisted me throughout the process.

I love this optometrist. He is really personable, professional, and willing to talk with you about what is going on with your eyes. His employees are also really pleasant, and his opticians have been really helpful with glass fittings and repair. I would HIGHLY recommend this optometrist, especially over the larger chain optometrists in the Birmingham metro area.....
