Unimpressed. First asked politely each time to be seen that day - completely unresponsive to that request. After taking a vacation day to fit within their limited hours, I called them after the appointment to order the glasses which they flat out refused to do. Coming in a second day, they ordered the glasses - there was no fitting, and no reason whatsoever not to order the glasses as requested, they simply are immovable from their routine. Sent a person later to go pick up the glasses on Friday - well they are closed on Fridays, guess that isnt a normal business day for them. The point is, they dont change for you, you change for them. And they are not open late, nor on Friday, nor do they call you when the glasses arrive. They just go in a folder and can sit there for months. Im still without glasses some 3 months later. I will get them eventually. Insurance forced me to go to this place, I vastly prefer a regular retail chain store with regular hours.

Absolutely loved my visit today. This place is family ran (by Mount Juliet natives) and everyone, from my doctor to the receptionist was very friendly. The doctor himself fetched me from the waiting area, which was a FIRST for me (and I have been to many practices). I will be making this my optometrist from here on out and recommending them to my family and friends.

Both brothers (Doctors) are awesome! They are really good with people and know there business. They are very helpful and very explanatory about what you need and what to do! I look at them as friends because they make me feel welcome every time I walk into there office. I highly recommend either Dr. (Peter or Michael) for your eyes.

Love these folks! Dr. Mike & Dr. Pete are skilled caring brothers that have focused making eye care fun and complete. I have trusted them with my eyes for almost 20 years now and these guys saved my eyesight in my right eye with their prompt and personal attention to just a question in a phone call! I have been coming to Mt. Juliet Family Vision for more than 5-6 years and they are fantastic. I tried 2-3 other places around Nashville before moving to Mt. Juliet, and by far Mt. Juliet Family Vision Center has provided the best experience and results.

We had a wonderful experience here. My daughters are 8 and 13, and this was their first eye exam. He did a thorough exam, and had them laughing the whole time. They will both get their glasses next week. :)
