This place is starting to be a JOKE. One of the doctors there put me in contacts that absolutely hurt my eyes, I ended up with corneal ulcer. I was in a great deal of pain and called them and they informed me they didnt have any doctors available to see me and this was during OFFICE HOURS. I tried to explain to them how much pain I was in and they referred me to a different eye doctor in my area that could see me immediately. I found out later that the eye doctor they sent me to isnt even covered under my insurance. Called them today because my daughter ripped one of her contacts and was in need of a trial pair and we needed to order her some more contacts only to be told the servers were down and they had no way of looking up her prescription or her chart, they dont keep paper charts. So this is the 2nd time, I have needed a doctors care and they were not available. I dont think I have ever been so disappointed in an eye doctor

We received great service from the optometrist and the optical shop. They stayed late on a snowy/icy night when other businesses were closing up early. Our vision coverage was ending that day and they cared enough to work the extra time to accomodate our needs. Customer service was above and beyond our hopes. Thank you! We have purchased glasses here before and have been happy with them each time.
