Avoid at all costs. They have mis-charged my credit card, sent me the wrong supplies, and now my account was sent to collections for their mistake with my insurance. I will never use them again. I would recommend american home patient if you dont have an alternate provider (I use them now), but avoid apria unless you want to be in and endless loop of bad customer service, fake charges, and insurance mistakes.

It is the worst durable medical equipment I have ever had. Do not I repeat do not ever use them for anything. I will never use them for anything again.

Not a good place to try to get ur supplies from Ive been waiting for almost 2 weeks n havent heard anything from them so I canceled the order
