This is one of the worst service providers I have ever had the mis fortune of dealing with. They are deceptive in their billing practices so beware about giving them your credit card to "auto fill" prescriptions or equipment. They send you a bill requesting payments for items that are not well described or that you did not receive and then use the credit card on file the same day they send the bill to you . They also are not timely or professional in their responses to real medical issues. If your health care provider suggests you use them, think again or ask for another vendor to provide the service. Definitely think twice.

Worst place ever! Should be avoided like the plague! Very incompetent and rude customer service!!! Only kind people throughout the whole process were the delivery tech and repair tech.
