Our family has hired Home Instead Senior Care for two years and have been extremely satisfied. My father could not be comfortable in his own home without the additional care they provide. He raves about how kind and caring the people are and they do such a great job of assisting him. My mother finds their assistance valuable, too, in that she gets the rest she needs. She can also go out and do her activities knowing he is in good hands. The staff is always very cheerful and seem to really enjoy what they are doing. I would strongly recommend Home Instead. They provide a valuable service that is greatly needed.

Always,always do your home work when choosing any home care industries. Many of them are about competition not about you! There are those who work in agency will put good reports or reviews to make them self look good,or put up pic to look good. Words are cheap,actions speak louder then words. Ask allot of questions. Please,"do your home work",serch many home cares around you. And my best advice to you,please choose home cares that are in your county. You will be blessed you did

When my mom was getting to the age that she needed some help I called a few companies and wound up working with Home Instead because they are the biggest and most well known in home senior care company. As far as I can tell our caregiver was always on time and respectful because mom seemed to really like her. Eventually I had to get mom in a home, but she had an extra 5 years of living in her own house being assisted by Home Instead and I know that meant a lot to her.
