I used this caregiver for mom and dad for many years up until the times of their deaths. My mother had Alzheimer’s and was very disabled but was able to receive in home care in Niles, thanks to this really wonderful homecare agency. The staff and management were also very compassionate and helpful as my parents navigated the difficulties of both of their declining heath situations. I have recommended their senior services to many people and will always be thankful for the home care they gave my parents. They also work in Highland Park, Northbrook, Winnetka & Highland Park.

When I was looking for in home care in Niles for my mother, I came across Comfort Keepers in Wheeling. I interviewed their manager over the phone and spoke with the woman that would be assigned to my mom and I instantly liked how friendly and personable everyone was. I know my mom needs help and Im too far away to be able to do much good, but they were able to help her with the little tasks that she needs so she can keep her independence.

I want you to know how much I appreciate their home health care services for my aunt in Highland Park. Comfort Keepers came to the rescue when I was at a loss of what to do next. They gave us angels that were excellent until her passing. Care givers were so caring and concerned about her being comfortable. I have the highest regard for this organization and will recommend you to all who need good care.

Our caregiver was very gentle and patient with my wife, who had more bad days then good days and by the end of her life could not take care of her own basic needs. The caregiver was physically and mentally strong and was able to tolerate a lot of negate things. We are blessed that she was with my wife until the day she passed an that she was able to ease her pain and frustrations.
