I went in to get a replacement tube for my nebulizer (because mine had mold in it). I was not allowed to just get one, I had to have a prescription (this is Thursday evening). Friday morning a prescription was faxed to them. Friday afternoon, I was told that this was submitted to insurance and they were awaiting their approval. No call Saturday, no call Monday. Tuesday I call to find out the status. I was informed that they now needed the Dr. notes to go along with the prescription! This was not told to me Thursday, plus....why didnt they contact the Dr. office for the notes PRIOR to submitting it to insurance? Finally, I was told that I could now purchase this myself if I wanted for $4.00!!! This option was never offered to me. Why would I submit $4.00 to insurance. The customer service at this location sucks, to say the least. No empathy for someone who is obviously having major breathing issues....nothing that indicated they even cared about my situation. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN and Ill make sure everyone I know gets this information as well. Its time to shop around for a company that actually cares for their customers! This company doesnt eve deserve one star, but Im not able to post this without one.

I wish I could rate it with 0 stars!!!! POOR, AWFUL, service, unfriendly & unknowledgeable staff, rude, LONG waits, incorrect products, they sell floor models without checking to make sure theyre properly put together, tightened, & have all the necessary parts, screws, bolts, etc... This is NOT my first time unfortunately having to use their services when theyve got the market and theres no where else I could go, I wish I could!! They have many products that are out of stock and they wont call you when it comes in either, you have to call and if you dont call in time, theyll give it away to someone else and youll have to RE-ORDER IT! They truly DO NOT take the time too teach you how to use your new equipment whatsoever, now Im aware that the job of your PT & OT however theyre supposed to give you a general idea before toy walk out the door! One GREAT THING!!! Their repair department is wonderful, kind, and so incredibly fast, on top of things, resourceful, and knowledgeable!!!! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE!!!!!

Been dealing with the New Berlin location. Ive had it! I dont ordinarily write a document about a company or service, but Ive been documenting phone calls, service, etc. with this company for three years. I bought power assist wheels for a manual wheelchair, and at this point cant get it serviced from another company because Im in so deep with this group. Ive just been trying to find a contact with the manufacturer to no avail. I may see if another company is willing to help. My advice...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

This company has sent me medical equipment my doctor did not request. The company then stated they did not have the equipment my doctor requested, so they just sent me what they believed to be an equivalent. As time passed I continued to receive bills from the company for products I did not request or receive. This type of practice could be extremely dangerous. If the wrong equipment or prescriptions get into the wrong hands, the outcome could be fatal.

The staff did a great job of accommodating my father who was in town from San Francisco. We purchased a new walker that came with a bag and cup holder. The gentleman who sold the walker to us demonstrated the walker so my dad could use it on his own when he got home. My dad is very happy, thanks guys.

I have visited the retail location on several occasions to purchase adaptive equipment for a family member. The staff have always been very knowledgeable and friendly with me and have answered all the questions I have had. I would highly recommend this business. Thanks for all your help!

Horrible customer service. Dont believe the phone messages about returning calls in one day. Worst of all, cannot access manufacturer warranty w/o going through retail. When retail wont return calls, the warranty is essentially useless. Cannot count the hours spent trying to reach them.

This company is difficult to work with. I have found that they choose to not carry items that the consumer needs. Very frustrated w/ the lack of service for ostomy supplies and compression stockings! Try another source for better service!!!!!!!!!!!

I got my back brace from there but, it took a very long time to get the brace accepted by my insurance and some other tie ups with the delivery. But, they have a very nice store but, the prices are very expensive not for me to shop in tho!
