I worked for this company in the corporate office as a supervisor . I DO NOT recommend this agency. The supervisors are great, management , not so much. Being in the office i saw all the illegal things they were doing, especially cutting caregivers paychecks who were not at fault. They dont have enough caregivers to staff clients with because they are underpaid and unappreciated. ( I worked as a caregiver as well so Ive seen both sides of this company- they still owe me money from unpaid overtime wages) HR is very unorganized , never responds to any questions or concerns ( this is the head of HR Im speaking of) . This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. They will tell you they have the perfect caregiver for your loved ones but in reality they dont. They drag you in to take your money, start you off with a "sub Aide" for a couple days or weeks and then you will have no staff. You will call and ask what is going on, the supervisors answer will be "Im working on finding someone, we dont at the moment". This is not the supervisors fault. It is HR fault for taking in clients they know they wont be able to staff. Take your money elsewhere.

i would not recommend dealing with this company. They dont follow up unless you consistently call them, they tell you one thing and say another to someone else. Its been two weeks and they cant find someone that doesnt have a heavy ascent that my father can understand. They just tell you they are looking. Now that had an order from Catholic Charities to provide 9 hours a week of cleaning and meal prep. So now I have to start over and take another month before I may be able to find someone for my father who is 83 and lives home alone I live 200 miles away and seem these people just dont care.
