Kudos are in order! I recently had the pleasure of working with a representative of Bright Star Care-Daphne, AL, Ms. Shanna Boone. I want to commend your organization for the wonderful employee you have. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and went above and beyond the call of duty to help facilitate admitting a patient to our rehab facility from home. She made trips to the physicians office as well as home health office, brought documentation to my office, and stayed in constant communication with me and the patient. No detail was left out. She was my tag team partner in getting things done efficiently and in a very timely manner. You know what the best part was? Bright Star was caring for this gentlemans wife! Thats right! Wow- right? Definition of integrity- that sums it up. In healthcare, you are more apt to hear negative comments, unfortunate but true. I wanted to take a moment and commend this team player. The BrightStar Team has provided incredible, compassionate and much dedicated care for my Mom and Dad since July 2016. Recently, while at my Mom and Dads home evaluating my Mom for Physical Therapy, the Director of Nursing, Amie Morris, became concerned for my Dad who was experiencing a sudden onset of shortness of breath. Amie coordinated assistance for my Dad with his hospice nurse, administered medications, stayed with him until he was stable and continued to maintain dialog with the night shift caregiver throughout that night. Our family is so appreciative of Amie and the entire BrightStar Team. Thank You!
