I am very disappointed in this company and have found them to be very unprofessional. My Wife just had knee replacement surgery. Before leaving the hospital we were told that Brightstar would contact us. After waiting 3 Days for their 24/7 care to call I finally called them. When I finally got a hold of someone they told me they were given the wrong contact number. Now if it were me and I tried to call someone and kept getting the wrong person. Id contact the person that gave me the info for the right number. So now we sit here NO home care. There were Labs that were supposed to be done today to make sure my wifes meds were correct. If they are recommended to us for future use I will definitely refuse to use them
